Upgrade Your Oracle Database Administrator OCA to OCP with a Streamlined Path

Simply take 1 training course and pass 1 exam.

Previously, upgrading an OCA certification to OCP across versions required multiple exams. Now, you can upgrade directly to one of the latest versions of Oracle Database Administrator Certified Professional with a single exam and a single relevant training course.

Upgrade to 11g DBA OCP

Upgrade from Oracle9i Database or Oracle Database 10g Administrator Certified Associate (9i or 10g DBA OCA) to Oracle Database 11g Administrator Certified Professional (11g DBA OCP) :

  1. Complete one of the approved courses listed under “View Upgrade Path – Oracle Database 11g Administrator OCP – upgrade from Oracle9i or Oracle Database 10g DBA OCA.”
  2. Pass Exam Upgrade Oracle9i/10g OCA to Oracle Database 11g OCP (1Z0-034).

Upgrade to 12c DBA OCP

Upgrade from Oracle9i Database, Oracle Database 10g or 11g Administrator Certified Associate (9i, 10g or 11g DBA OCA) to Oracle Database 12c Administrator Certified Professional (12c DBA OCP).

  1. Complete one of the approved courses listed under “View Upgrade Path – Oracle Database 12c Administrator OCP – upgrade from Oracle9i, Oracle Database 10g or 11g DBA OCA.”
  2. Pass Exam Upgrade Oracle9i/10g/11g OCA to Oracle Database 12c OCP (1Z0-067).
